The room we had included an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and TV. We had a city view. Excellent staff, couldn't ask for more. This was a strategic and marvellous location just off new Dubai, the malls and Metro Station and airport.

The staff - some of them were terribly rude.

my recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! way better than my last visit in dubai, the cleanliness and comfort really stood out this time. the location behind the mall made everything super convenient, and the staff were always quick to help.

they really should offer complimentary water.

Reception staff speak multiple languages, like my personal embassy. Enjoyed pool time, felt like a glamorous mermaid. Fast WiFi meant more time for reality TV and less real life.
